Marvel Select: Invisible Woman figure revealed

The figure is available now for preorder.

Last week, Diamond Select released a new figure for their Marvel Select line: Sue Storm, aka the Invisible Woman.

If you are a Marvel Select collector, then this figure will finally allow you to complete the Fantastic Four. If, however, you primarily collect Marvel Legends while adding in Marvel Select figures here and there (like most of us), then this one presents a conundrum.

On the positive side of things, the Marvel Select Sue Storm’s facial portrait is miles better than the recent Marvel Legends release. It also comes with alternate mid-invisibility legs and a great diorama piece.

Unfortunately, it doesn’t scale with Marvel Legends well (Marvel Select is 7″ scale while Legends are 6″). This can work for monstrous or oversized characters like the Watcher, but not usually for human-sized folks. The $29.99 price tag is also a bit of a deterrent, though not as much now that Hasbro seems to be on a mission to match Diamond’s MSRP for its figures.

If you want to add this version of Sue Storm to your collection, the figure is available now for preorder with an expected arrival this summer. Check out more pictures below!
