WWE Bash in Berlin full card and predictions
The Unholy Union (c) vs. Bianca Belair and Jade Cargill for the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship

Patrick: I don’t really know what to make of this. I like Fyre and Dawn, but they’re never made to look particularly strong or convincing as champions. Bianca and Jade are still very over and aren’t really doing much of note, either. I figured they would have broken up after dropping the titles as a means to push Jade as a heel, but everyone’s just kinda been treading water since Clash at the Castle. So why not, let’s just run the whole thing back and give Belair and Cargill the titles back.
Winners: Bianca Belair and Jade Cargill
Shane: The Unholy Union had their nice moment in front of their home country back at Clash of the Castle, but I think it’s time to put the titles back on Bianca and Jade. No offense to the current champs, but there isn’t a third team this time around to help them get another shocking victory.
Winners: Bianca Belair and Jade Cargill
Damian Priest and Rhea Ripley vs. “Dirty” Dominik Mysterio and Liv Morgan

Patrick: I’m worried this new Judgment Day are going to be much less important to the show than the last incarnation. I think Priest and Rhea need to dominate most of the match and get their revenge, but I do think Dom and Liv need to eke out a tainted victory here to keep them looking like a threat.
Winners: “Dirty Dominik Mysterio and Liv Morgan
Shane: I can already hear the pop in my soul when Rhea Ridley hits the Riptide on Dirty Dom to get the pinfall for her team. Berlin is going to go crazy when that happens.
Winners: Damian Priest and Rhea Ripley
CM Punk vs. Drew McIntyre (Strap Match)

Patrick: I’m pretty stoked for this match. Punk looked pretty good at SummerSlam and I think a gimmick match like this is a good call. I loved his Dog Collar Match against MJF back in AEW, and while this one will be nowhere near as violent as that, it should still be a lot of fun. I usually don’t love 50/50 booking but I think Punk needs a victory, some nine months after re-joining WWE.
Winner: CM Punk
Shane: This is the only match that I’m not super confident in. Logical booking makes it feel like we are heading towards a Hell in a Cell match at Badd Blood in October, and for this to happen, I think it makes sense for CM Punk to win here. This way, both men are tied at 1-1 and the Cell is the blowoff match we need. Or it could be Drew because f*ck logic.
Winner: CM Punk
Gunther (c) vs. Randy Orton for the World Heavyweight Championship

Patrick: This match should be good, but I would be absolutely shocked if Gunther lost here, especially in what they are billing as his home region. The crowd should be white-hot for the Ring General here, and a win over one of the best to ever do it will instantly legitimize his reign and the title itself even more.
Winner: Gunther
Shane: No matter how much I love Randy Orton and no matter how much I would love to see him tie the record for the most world title reigns, Gunther simply doesn’t lose. There is not a single reason you could present to me that would make me think Gunther is losing the World Heavyweight Championship in his first defense. It ain’t happening.
Winner: Gunther
Cody Rhodes (c) vs. Kevin Owens for the Undisputed WWE Championship

Patrick: I feel similarly about this match as I do about the other World title match: it should be a good match but I’d be shocked if Cody loses the title here. I do hope KO turns heel or at least displays a more aggressive side than he’s been showing lately – I would love for him to become a credible threat to a world title again. But Saturday will not be his night.
Winner: Cody Rhodes
Shane: I’m lowkey praying for a shock KO victory here, but I doubt that will happen. Another token Cody title defense to inch us closer and closer to WrestleMania. Imagine if KO does actually win though…
Winner: Cody Rhodes
