“I never expected a book I made for my best friends to have legs beyond the original Rockstar and Softboy book,” said Grace. “These oversized one-shots are the perfect way to tell the wildest bestest stories, and I’m pushing myself to new levels of giddiness taking these two pals through the cosmos!”

In Rockstar and Softboy, readers were introduced to two best friends and their antics in Hollyweird, California. The one-shot took an intimate look at queer male friendship in a bombastic world filled with non-binary sorcerers, witches, social vampires, and demonic party animals. Their adventures continue in September’s Image! Anthology release before the pair blast off to space.

Rockstar & Softboy: Go to Space (ISBN: 978-1534324947) will be available on Wednesday, January 25 and in bookstores on Tuesday, January 31. It can be pre-ordered at your local comic book shop or independent bookstore or via AmazonBarnes & NobleBooks-a-Million, and Indigo.

Rockstar & Softboy: Go to Space will also be available for purchase across many digital platforms, including Amazon Kindle, Apple Books, and Google Play.

“A rare and wonderful queer friendship story.” —Graphic Policy

“When you strip away the outlandish clothing, shapeshifting cat and the occasional jockstrap, Rockstar and Softboy is really a story about friendship. You don’t need to relate to the eccentric characters to seek what this pair is really after.” —Comicon.com
