WWE SmackDown preview, full card: May 24, 2024

Just one night before King and Queen of the Ring, SmackDown settles their tournament finalists from Jeddah.

WWE SmackDown airs tonight from the Jeddah Super Dome in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia! This show will go down live at 8pm local time in Jeddah, but will air in its usual time slot of 8pm ET here in the United States. As usual, we won’t spoil anything in this article and will just look at what’s been announced. Let’s take a look at everything announced for tonight’s episode of WWE SmackDown:

WWE SmackDown card: May 24, 2024

Bayley vs. Chelsea Green

WWE SmackDown preview, full card: May 24, 2024

WWE’s official preview:

After a brief backstage confrontation, Bayley shut Chelsea Green by challenging her to a match, which Nick Aldis then made official.

These two Superstars have never squared off one-on-one, with Bayley seeking to be a fighting champion, while Green is finding her footing on the SmackDown brand, after just being drafted there, along with partner Piper Niven, during the 2024 WWE Draft.

Bianca Belair vs. Nia Jax (Queen of the Ring Semifinal)

WWE SmackDown preview, full card: May 24, 2024

WWE’s official preview:

There’s just one match left until the Queen of the Ring Final, and The EST and Nia Jax will battle it out to make it there.

The EST bested Candice LeRae and Tiffany Stratton, setting up a meeting with Jax, who took out Naomi and Jade Cargill in the tournament.

Belair and Jax have never faced each other one-on-one and with the crown just inches away, each Superstar will be out to prove herself.

Who will book her place in the Queen of the Ring Final?

Tama Tonga vs. Randy Orton (King of the Ring Semifinal)

WWE SmackDown preview, full card: May 24, 2024

WWE’s official preview:

This past SmackDown, Randy Orton made his mission very clear: take out the man who put Kevin Owens on the shelf and advance to the King of the Ring Final.

Orton slithered his way into the semifinal after taking out AJ Styles and Carmelo Hayes, while Tama Tonga bested Angelo Dawkins and LA Knight.

Despite having a stacked trophy cabinet, The Viper has never won the King of the Ring Tournament. Before this year, Orton had not yet won a single King of the Ring Match in his career, having fallen to Kurt Angle in the First Round in 2006, his only appearance to date.

Can Orton make good on his promise to reach the King of the Ring Final and eliminate The Bloodline?
