Marvel today unveiled 15 retro Halloween mask covers by artist James Kerigan. The variant covers will appear across Marvel’s line this September leading into the Halloween season and are styled like cut-out masks of Marvel heroes for kids to create, complete with “Ask an adult for help” in the instructions.
“Working on this cover series was a blast because it brought together two things I love deeply: Marvel and Halloween,” Kerigan said. “There’s a nostalgic charm to the Halloween decorations of the 70’s, especially those vacu-form costume masks, which served as inspiration for this project. It was a joy to bring that retro, slightly spooky charm to life in a way that celebrates both the season and the art!”

- Amazing Spider-Man #11
- Avengers #30
- X-Men of Apocalypse Alpha #1
