It’s Wednesday, and you know what that means: AEW Dynamite is live tonight from the Canada Life Centre in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada! Tonight, Will Ospreay takes on PAC, two major trios matches, and MJF and Kenny Omega make Dynasty official. Let’s take a look at everything announced for tonight’s episode of AEW Dynamite:
AEW Dynamite card: April 1, 2026
Mina Shirakawa and the Brawling Birds vs. Triangle of Madness
AEW’s official preview:
We’ve seen a new intensity from Shirakawa ever since “Timeless” Toni Storm was violently attacked prior to Dynamite two weeks ago. This past week on Collision, the Brawling Birds noticed that Shirakawa was itching for a fight, so they invited her to join forces with them for a bit of Saturday night violence.
After Shirakawa and the Birds emerged victorious on Collision, Thekla and the Triangle of Madness taunted the trio from the crowd, leading Shirakawa to issue a challenge for this Trios Match tonight on Dynamite. It was one thing for Shirakawa and the Birds to run roughshod on Saturday night; tonight, they go to war with Triangle of Madness!
“Jungle” Jack Perry, Brody King, and Kenny Omega vs. The Demand
AEW’s official preview:
Ricochet blew his top following Perry’s victory in the 21-Man Blackjack Battle Royale for the AEW National Championship that started on the AEW Revolution Zero Hour just over two weeks ago. After a few days to cool down, Ricochet proclaimed that he believes he should be AEW’s top contender to the AEW World Championship, not someone like Omega. Moreover, Ricochet, flanked by GOA said he wants to put Kenny back on the IR.
Omega didn’t take particularly kindly to those comments from The Demand, so he invited the former AEW National Champion and his allies to “dance” in Winnipeg – but Omega said he won’t be alone, as he has friends in King and Perry. So tonight, it will be Omega, King and Perry against The Demand in Trios action!
PAC vs. Will Ospreay
AEW’s official preview:
Ospreay has been a man possessed since his return at Dynasty, laser-focused on retribution against Jon Moxley and the Death Riders for sidelining him at AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door back in August. While Mox has had the biggest target on his back in Ospreay’s eyes, The Aerial Assassin’s ire has spilled over to the rest of the Death Riders, most notably PAC, who has said he has no problem beating up Ospreay if he wants a fight so badly.
So before he faces Moxley at Dynasty, Ospreay will battle PAC in a rematch of their All Out 2024 classic LIVE tonight!
Contract Signing for AEW World Championship match at AEW Dynasty
AEW’s official preview:
Wednesday will be a busy night for Omega, as he’ll also take part in the official Contract Signing for his AEW World Championship Match against MJF at Dynasty on April 12.
Omega earned this opportunity by beating Swerve Strickland to become the #1 Contender to the AEW World Championship in a match where Omega’s EVP status was also on the line. Now, Omega has a clear path toward MJF and regaining the AEW World Championship – but he’ll have to maintain his composure tonight, as the champion has stipulated that any physicality during this signing will result in the match at Dynasty being called off.
How will things unfold when these two men sign on the dotted line tonight?
