Harley smashes up creators Jimmy Palmiotti and Amanda Conner in ‘Harley Quinn’ #34

The creators make an appearance in their final issue of Harley Quinn.

SPOILERS ahead. You’ve been warned.

It’s a sad day for Harley Quinn fans, as writers Jimmy Palmiotti and Amanda Conner say farewell to a character they’ve developed incredibly over the last few years. They’ve not only added a huge cast of characters, but also fleshed out Harley herself so that she wasn’t just some psychotic sidekick whose main characteristic was being head over heels in love with the Joker. Harley always seems to have a bone to pick with somebody, so why not the people who have complicated her life since 2013?
