It’s a monumental week for comics with huge new series releasing as well as milestone issues. Amazing Spider-Man #800 is a historic moment for Spider-Man and it’s also $10, but extra-sized too. Brian Michael Bendis is officially starting his new series Man of Steel which will have huge implications on the character’s history and the DC Universe as a whole.
AfterShock Comics and Black Mask Studios are also making the cut this week with Pestilence: A Story of Satan #1 and The Wilds #3. Horror master Frank Tieri is writing a sequel series with the Devil as the main villain. How dark. THe Wilds continues a fantastic series with a new kind of twist on zombies.
Rounding out our list is Doomsday Clock #5 which many are highly anticipating seeing as this series is no on a bi-monthly release schedule. What secrets will Geoff Johns and Gary Frank reveal in this first part in the second act of the 12 part series?
