Kenny Omega is returning to Japan to wrestle for the first time in 2020 and it won’t be at his former home in NJPW. Many of Omega’s fans have been hoping to see a reunion between him and his former longtime promotion, but that isn’t it the cards just yet. No, this time the one-winged angel will be competing at DDT Pro Wrestling’s Wrestle Peter Pan event on June 7, 2020 at the Saitama Super Arena in Saitama City, Japan.
DDT Pro Wrestling announced the news on Twitter Monday afternoon.

Omega’s appeared at last year’s Wrestle Peter Pan show, which is their biggest event each year. DDT is the same promotion where the AEW star once (in)famously wrestled a nine-year-old girl and a blow-up doll. The Cleaner’s most recent appearance for DDT was alongside AEW’s first ever Women’s Champion Riho this past November when they wrestled in a mix tag together.
There’s no word at this time on who Omega will be wrestling at this year’s Wrestle Peter Pan.
