Nightstream was one of the most unique and fun film festivals of last year. The virtual event gave genre fans a chance to get an early peak at films that would soon find their way to streaming networks. The event saw a number of genre film fests team up to give audiences an amazing lineup that included a Hulu world premiere, fantastic shorts, and some of the most creative movies of the year.
This festival is coming back for its second edition and is teaming with the Boston Underground Film Festival, the Brooklyn Horror Film Festival, the North Bend Film Festival, and the Overlook Film Festival. This year’s event will also be fully virtual for all who wish to attend. The full lineup is scheduled to be announced in September. If last year is any indication, then the follow up should be just as exciting.
Badges are available for purchase on the website. If you are an aspiring filmmaker, Nightstream is also accepting film submissions.
Nightstream returns October 7 – 13.
