Motherly is a tense entry in what may be the most frightening sub genre in all of horror. Scary movies can often make a person feel uncomfortable, but few do so in the way that home invasion does. The plot follows a single mother is attacked by a vengeful couple who believe she’s responsible for their daughter’s murder.
