AEW World Champion “Hangman” Adam Page announced on Twitter this morning that he will not be appearing on tonight’s episode of Dynamite in Philadelphia as a result of contracting Covid-19.

While life in the United States has largely moved on from the pandemic, Covid-19 continues to infect thousands and kill hundreds every day. “Hangman” has been an outspoken proponent of vaccinations and proper precautions, so hopefully it won’t take him out of action for very long.
Tonight’s episode of Dynamite is scheduled to feature a ladder match for the TNT Championship between champion Sammy Guevara and Scorpio Sky, FTR members facing off against one another in an Owen Hart Memorial tournament qualifier, Serena Deeb vs. Hikaru Shida in a Philly Street Fight, and more.
