DC Comics has revealed via their community message board the black armband featuring The Death of Superman 30th Anniversary logo that is included in the premium polybag variant.
The armband is a tribute to the black armband released 30 years ago, allowing readers can wear the new armband in solidarity with the passing of one of our greatest heroes.
DC Comics announced The Death of Superman 30th Anniversary Special last month to much surprise and excitement. The 80-page anthology will feature four stories detailing new perspectives and points of view on the death of Superman and have multiple variant covers. One of those covers by Dan Mora was announced but can now be unveiled to the world.

Fans can purchase The Death of Superman 30th Anniversary Special on November 8, and fans and retailers are encouraged to order by FOC by Sunday, August 28.
