Mandy Rose released by WWE

Mandy Rose lost her NXT Women’s Championship on last night’s NXT, and now we know why.

Former NXT Women’s Champion Mandy Rose has been released by WWE, according to Fightful. Fightful’s Sean Ross Sapp reported that it was due to her FanTime account, which is a service similar to OnlyFans – the company “felt that it was outside the parameters of her contract.”

Until last night, Mandy Rose had been NXT Women’s Champion for 413 days, the third longest consecutive reign in the title’s history behind only Asuka and Shayna Baszler. Her shocking, sudden loss to Roxanne Perez on last night’s episode of NXT suddenly makes a bit more sense now.

It remains to be seen what will become of her Toxic Attraction cohorts Gigi Dolin and Jacy Jayne.
