WWE SmackDown is live tonight from the Smoothie King Center in New Orleans, Louisiana! News broke yesterday that The Rock will be returning to the show named after him in an appearance that will almost certainly have WrestleMania implications. Jimmy Uso vs. Drew McIntyre

After Jimmy Uso shut down the outspoken Drew McIntyre with a superkick during a backstage altercation, the two intense Superstars are set to square off on Friday night.
Cody Rhodes, Braun Strowman, and Damian Priest vs. Solo Sikoa, Jacob Fatu, and Tama Tonga

Last Friday on SmackDown, Solo Sikoa accidently took out Tama Tonga at ringside and cost Jacob Fatu his Elimination Chamber Triple Threat Qualifying Match against Damian Priest, who captured the win, and Braun Strowman.
Now, Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes, Priest and Strowman will battle Sikoa, The Samoan Werewolf and Tonga in a Six-Man Tag Team Match.
#DIY (c) vs. Pretty Deadly for the WWE Tag Team Championship

WWE’s official preview:
After Pretty Deadly defeated WWE Tag Team Champions #DIY in a non-title match last week, SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis has granted them a title opportunity.
Find out if Elton Prince and Kit Wilson can unseat Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa, Friday at 8 ET/7 CT on SmackDown on USA.
The Rock returns to SmackDown

WWE today announced that Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson will appear on SmackDown – live from Smoothie King Center in New Orleans – tomorrow night at 8 ET / 7 CT on USA.
“Strap in,” said WWE Chief Content Officer Paul “Triple H” Levesque. “When The Final Boss shows up at this time of year, the audience knows absolutely anything is possible. Everything could change in an instant.”
