The first season focused on Jo and his past. Now, in season two, the team puts a spotlight on Charlie and how she grew up. Charlie was 8 years old when the shroud hit, now 13 years later she’s on a mission. Surrounded by four of her friends they set off to find an island that scientists believe may have bubbled up from the earth’s crust. Meanwhile, the sinister Charon and his sidekick Ren are up to no good.
