Candela, better known as her costume playing handle of Candustark, is from Buenos Aires, Argentina. She made this Insurgency version costume of Harley Quinn by herself and based on the character’s appearance in the recent DC Comics’/NetherRealm Studios’ fighting game Injustice: Gods Among Us.
