If you survived the five day marathon that was Saturday through Wednesday in WWE programming, congratulations. Naturally, there’s a lot to talk about coming out of NXT TakeOver, SummerSlam, and Raw and SmackDown Live to boot. We have six new champions across WWE and NXT, The Beast has finally been slain, and a little group called The Shield reared its Cerberus heads once more to protect the Universal Championship.
But mostly, we’re talking about NXT TakeOver, because it was far and away the best show of the weekend. Multiple matches could be considered show stealers, and it was a perfect way to kick off the second biggest week in WWE’s calendar year.
