This is the exact reason i do what i do. I met this precious little Shuri yesterday and i almost cried. Its her first cosplay. I want her and other kids like her to know that "yes, black people do that too". Representation matters and im so glad i had the opportunity to show others that black cosplayers can build giant characters just as good anyone else. Sobek's upper body is complete. Just finished the detailing on his shendyt (skirt).
