After a long wait, it may finally once again be “BOSS TIME!!!” as the Amalie Arena in Tampa, Florida is currently advertising an appearance from former WWE Women’s tag team champion Sasha Banks for the Monday Night Raw airing on 7/22.
Banks has been off screen since WrestleMania 35, when she and partner Bayley lost the tag titles to the IIconics in a Fatal Four-Way match. Rumors have since swirled that Banks had requested her release following what she viewed as the short-sighted nature of the titles’ storylines. Since then, The Boss has remained mostly silent, barring a few cryptic social media posts that seemingly hinted at the Superstar’s unease with WWE.
Last month, the Wrestling Observer’s Dave Meltzer began reporting that relations between Banks and the company has improved following a secretive meeting between Sasha and Vince McMahon.

Banks also appears in local advertisements for the upcoming SummerSlam in Toronto, though these ads are often produced well in advance and not reflective of final match cards.
Do you think Banks is ready to make her return to the WWE? If so, where would The Boss fit in in the ever-changing landscape of WWE? Sound off in the comments and let us know what you think.
