This week in the news, the New York Times brings graphic novels back to the bestseller list, Jim Shooter is “bringing” a series to Image Comics, IDW cancels Marylin Manor and Black Crown imprint shutters, Chris Claremont says the direction of New Mutants: War Children was an editorial mandate, 7 Named for Harvey Awards ahead of NYCC, Spawn #300 sells 300,000 copies, second-most of 2019, and Jamie McKelvie and Matt Wilson have a space project for 2020 at Image Comics.
