Cel-shaded, Super Mario soldier cosplay by Akellyz

Super Mario meets Borderlands in this unique cosplay.

Ever wondered what Super Mario would look like if he somehow got transported out of the Mushroom Kingdom and into the Borderlands series? Imagine no longer. This cel-shaded, bazooka-toting, Spiny-shelled shoulder pauldroned, Chain Chomp-wielding, Yoshi-backpacking Mario cosplay by Akellyz from NYCC ’19 looks like a plumber/Vault Hunter conflation and then some in the following photoset.
