Batman unveils a unique vehicle in Justice League #36

A Batman/Justice League vehicle ends up surprising everyone.

When it comes to Batman, Jack Nicholson said it best as Joker when he asked, “Where does he get those wonderful toys?” That goes for gadgets and vehicles both, which Batman has a whole lot of. Judging by the final page in today’s Justice League #36, we can add one more vehicle to the collection.

In this issue, Scott Snyder writes a fun superhero event comic with the villains getting reorganized in Perpetua’s plans while the heroes stand by, not sure what to do next. They have faith though, and judging by the last panel Batman has one more trick up his sleeve. As the heroes anticipated Lex Luthor’s army, we see Lex is sporting a Legion of Doom ship straight out of the evil book.

In a cute bit of dialogue, Batman points out he does, in fact, have one last trick, or as Jarro puts it, “one last awesome trick.” In the final page, Batman says to Lex, “Let’s finish this” in then we see the glorious Hall of Justice literally lift off the ground…

…revealed to be a flying ship! It’s literally sporting the Hall of Justice symbol on the front with Lex flying in a ship with the Legion of Doom symbol on his. Can this get any more awesome? That’s only a fraction of the story though I recommend you read the whole thing to get the full scoop.

That said, what do you think of Batman’s new vehicle? Technically it might be considered a Justice League vehicle, but then again it was Batman’s last “trick” after all. Sound off in the comments and let us know what you think.
