X-Men First Look: Gwen Stacy #4 to feature classic X-Men including Jean Grey

Get a first look at Christos Gage and Todd Nauck’s new series.

Press Release

Marvel Comics is exploring Gwen Stacy’s past in a new series by Christos Gage and Todd Nauck and it appears it’s going to get “strange” in May 2020. In a new teaser image, Marvel has revealed Jean Grey is going to come to the aid of Stacy. The art comes from Miguel Mercado from the cover of Gwen Stacy #4.

In the press release (read the full release below) we learn the original X-Men will be coming to her aid when she’s attacked by Kingpin and the Green Goblin. Even though Gwen has no powers it appears she’s getting sucked into the merry Marvel mutant drama. Readers should note this is a prequel series and that would explain the classic Jean Grey costume.
