31 Days of Halloween

Adventures in Movies! Looks at… ‘Fallen’ (1998)

Ask and ye shall receive.

Welcome to another installment of 31 Days of Halloween! This is our chance to set the mood for the spookiest and scariest month of the year as we focus our attention on horror and Halloween fun. For the month of October we’ll be sharing various pieces of underappreciated scary books, comics, movies, and television to help keep you terrified and entertained all the way up to Halloween.

The gang from Adventures in Movies! watches a lot of films. Every once in a while they see one they want to talk a little more about. Welcome to Adventures in Movies! Looks at…

To close out the 31 Days of Halloween, Danny, Blake, and Nathaniel discuss the movie you all requested most. This week, the three talk about 1998’s Fallen. The movie is a supernatural thriller starring Denzel Washington. The trio also discuss the importance of strong performances, how well the movie holds up almost a quarter of a century later, and when it is okay for a movie to be predictable.
