‘Central Park’ returns for more song, dance, and fun in season 2

Check out the new trailer for Central Park season 2.

The new season of the animated musical comedy, Central Park, is set to begin next week on June 25. Ahead of the season two premiere, the series dropped a new trailer. You’ll notice that Molly might sound a little different. That’s because The Umbrella Academy’s Emmy Raver-Lampman has replaced Kristen Bell as the voice actress. She joins the rest of the returning cast including Josh Gad, Leslie Odom Jr., Daveed Diggs, Kathryn Hahn, Tituss Burgess, and Stanley Tucci.

In the new season, we continue to follow the lives of the Tillermans who both reside and care for the titular location. Our lovable busker, Birdie, narrates all the happenings from Molly’s struggles with the awkwardness of adolescence to Cole overcoming an embarrassing moment at school to Paige continuing her investigation of the mayor’s corruption. All the while, Owen balances career and family with a positive attitude. They can’t get too comfortable though because Bitsy is still out there looking to buy Central Park and make a profit off of it.

The first three episodes will premiere June 25 with the remaining five episodes released weekly on Fridays on Apple TV+. The second half of season two will arrive later this year with more new episodes.
