Star Wars: Hasbro teases more surprise reveals for Vintage Collection and Black Series

Pulse Con might be over, but Hasbro isn’t done with the Star Wars reveals yet.

Pulse Con 2021 may be over, but Hasbro had decided to continue the reveals this week in a very big way. It started Saturday when they announced yet another livestream event on October 27 at 5:00 PM EDT. Unlike last weekend’s festivities, this one will be for premium Hasbro Pulse members only.

It’s strange that another event like this was created so soon after Pulse Con. Perhaps it was in response to angry collectors, who learned after paying $50 for a membership that one of its main perks (early access to exclusives) would not be done for Star Wars products.

Whatever the case, new items have already been revealed today that may or may not be part of the livestream. According to StarWars.com (via their Bring Home the Bounty campaign), these figures will be available for preorder from most major retailers beginning tomorrow (October 27) at 1:00 PM EDT…so either there’s even more to be revealed/offered during the livestream, or someone in Hasbro’s marketing department REALLY screwed up.

If there is new stuff to reveal at 5:00 PM, however, then it’s going to be hard for any Star Wars item to top what we saw today:

Assuming this is the final product, Hasbro’s 3D facial printing absolutely nailed Rosario Dawson’s likeness. They better have these well stocked, because longtime collectors and new fans alike are definitely going to want this figure.

For folks like me who’ve wanted to army build 3.75″ scale Mandalorians (and missed out the great Clone Wars version from 2010), our time has finally come. Poor gun posing aside, this figure looks absolutely fantastic. It’s also one that most of us will want at least two of.

This next item is a long-awaited Black Series figure that isn’t up for preorder tomorrow. It’s also isn’t currently listed on StarWars.com’s Bring Home the Bounty page, although some Twitter users have shared screenshots of it appearing there.

FINALLY!

Even if you don’t feel the need to have an action figure of this character, it’s still worth it to have one of Werner Herzog. If that’s not enough to entice you, then he also comes with his infamous camtono (which I’m sure most of you know is really just a 1970s ice cream maker).

No word on when this will be available, but we can likely assume it will be during or after tomorrow’s 5:00 PM livestream. Let’s just hope it’s not an exclusive.
