AIPT Television podcast episode 9: ‘Mythspace’ the next komik adapted for TV?

Artist, Butch Mapa, joins the AIPT Television podcast to discuss the potential of Mythspace following in Trese’s footsteps

With October coming to an end, we have our last guest to the AIPT Television podcast for our Filipino American Heritage Month coverage. Artist, Butch Mapa, joins us sharing his experiences in the comic industry and his favorite Filipino pro wrestlers. He has a connection to NXT performer Joaquin Wilde.

More importantly, we discuss why Mythspace, from creators Paolo Chikiamco, Koi Carreon, Paul Quiroga, Jules Gregorio, Mico Dimagiba, C.R. Chua, and Borg Sinaban, can follow in Trese’s footsteps to become the next komik adapted for television. Considering the shared universe with different stories and art styles, it could work best as an anthology animated series similar to Star Wars: Visions.
