AIPT Movies Podcast episode 13: ‘A House on the Bayou’ director Alex McAulay, and 1979’s ‘Alien’

In the newest episode of the AIPT Movies podcast, Alex interviews Alex McAulay, the writer/director of the new Blumhouse movie, A House on the Bayou. The Alexes (?) discuss the great cast that includes Paul Schneider, Angela Sarafyan, and Lia McHugh, as well as how some of the shots were achieved, including some potentially dangerous shots that included real fire. Afterwards, Alex, Tim, and Matt effectively gush over Ridley Scott’s 1979 masterpiece, Alien.

As always, the gang covers movie news and new releases, but this time Alex shares a brief clip from the pitch video for his passion project, Ninja 4: Into the NinjaVerse.

The AIPT Movies podcast is hosted by Alex Harris, Tim Gardiner, and Matt Paul. You can find Alex on Instagram and Twitter @alexharriscomix. Matt is a terrific artist that you can find on Instagram @no_wheres_ville. Tim can’t be found on social media because he doesn’t exist.
