- Best Thing I’ve Never Seen Before: The coolest moment in 2021 that we haven’t seen in previous years in wrestling, or a new twist on old schtick
- Biggest Misstep: A mistake. Something that shouldn’t have happened. A big one. Wrestling shouldn’t do this
- Best Promo: Best example of mic work to progress a storyline or cement a character
- Best Moment: Wrestling is made of moments. These are amongst the best individual moments of the year
- Match of the Year: 2021’s overall best wrestling match
