Sex Education‘s first episode premiered on Netflix on January 11th, 2019. The British comedy series has been very successful and has run for three seasons.
The cast so far has mainly consisted of Asa Butterfield, Emma Mackey, Gillian Anderson, Ncuti Gatwa, and Connor Swindells. This cast is about to add a well-known comedic actor to their ensemble cast.
Dan Levy, who’s the son of Eugene Levy and one of the stars of acclaimed series Schitt’s Creek, is their newest addition. Levy won four different Emmy awards for his work on Schitt’s Creek.

He is set to play Thomas Molloy, a cult author that’s teaching Mackey’s character Maeve at Wallace University.
The fourth season is currently under production in Wales, United Kingdom. Filming is set to go into 2023.
Netflix’s official Twitter account released the news in a tweet along with two promotional photos.

The first photo is of Dan Levy and Emma Mackey and the second photo is of the film’s star Asa Butterfield and Mimi Keene, who plays Ruby.
Dedicated fans of Sex Education will have to wait quite a while for their binge session.
An official release date has not been released yet but production won’t be finished for over a year.
