Marvel Comics is honoring comics legend Carlos Pacheco in all of its comics this week in a full-page tribute. In the full-page tribute, Marvel editor Tom Brevoort and writer Kurt Busiek speak about Pacheco. Pacheco was co-creator of the creator-owned series Arrowsmith with Kurt Busiek.
Pacheco revealed on his social media accounts earlier this year he was suffering from ALS (Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis). Pacheco passed away at age 60 on November 9th, 2022.

Pacheco’s work spans many series, including the iconic Avengers Forever, X-Men, Superman, Fantastic Four, and Green Lantern, to name a few.
