WWE NXT is live tonight at 8pm ET on the USA Network. Tonight we’ll see Group A and B action kick off in the Global Heritage Invitational, the Creed Brothers fight for their reinstatement inside a steel cage, and we’ll determine the next #1 contender to the NXT Women’s Championship. WWE NXT card: August 29, 2023
Butch vs. Charlie Dempsey (NXT Global Heritage Invitational, Group A)

Group A action in the NXT Global Heritage Invitational will see The Brawling Brutes’ Butch take on the mat technician, Charlie Dempsey.
Butch returns to NXT while representing England in the inaugural tournament while Dempsey, hailing from the United States, looks to prove himself against one of SmackDown’s top Superstars.
Who will earn points towards becoming the No. 1 Contender to Noam Dar’s NXT Heritage Cup?
Nathan Frazer vs. Joe Coffey (NXT Global Heritage Invitational, Group B)

Former NXT Heritage Cup Champion Nathan Frazer begins his journey of redemption as he looks to win Group B of the NXT Global Heritage Invitational.
Standing in the Jersey Superstar’s way is Scottish Superstar Joe Coffey, who is looking to bring championship gold back to Gallus after the group lost the NXT Tag Team Titles to Tony D’Angelo and Stacks.
Creed Brothers vs. The Dyad (Steel Cage Match; if the Creeds win, they are reinstated to NXT)

Julius and Brutus Creed turned up at NXT Heatwave to save Ivy Nile from a Schism attack, and despite being banished from NXT, they both want to come back in a big way.
Since leaving NXT, The Creeds have enjoyed their days on the beach, but they’re itching to get payback on The Dyad for the last loss that they endured.
Instead of a regular tag team matchup, The Creeds and The Dyad will battle in a Steel Cage Match, and The Creeds will be reinstated to NXT if they win.
Gigi Dolin vs. Roxanne Perez vs. Kiana James vs. Blair Davenport to determine the #1 contender to the NXT Women’s Championship

The No. 1 Contender to NXT Women’s Champion Tiffany Stratton will be decided in a Fatal 4-Way Match between some of the best Superstars in NXT: Gigi Dolin, Roxanne Perez, Blair Davenport and Kiana James.
All four Superstars confronted Stratton at NXT Heatwave, and it led to chaos as they began to throw down in the middle of the ring.
