Marvel Comics has been on a tear revealing new foil covers, and today, we’ve got a first look at the Javier Fernandez Blood Hunt variant. Marvel is going all-out with this upcoming event written by Jed MacKay with art by Pepe Larraz with multiple variant covers as well as a rated R polybagged version too. The event kicks off on May 1.
