Courtesy of Alien Books, AIPT can share the preview for The Valiants #4. Written by Ryan Cady with art by Al Barrionuevo, Andres Ponce, and Brushu Studio, this issue is essentially “RESURGENCE #0” as it brings many of the key players of the event together right before the crossover kicks off later in September.
“The goal of The Valiants was to both introduce the Valiant Universe to new readers as well as giving our longtime fans a chance to see characters that haven’t been in play for a while,” explained Alien Books Editor-in-Chief Lysa Hawkins. “The Valiants #4 ends right where RESURGENCE #1 picks up on September 18th, so it’s very much a prelude to the Universe shaking events of Resurgence. We can’t wait to hear everyone’s thoughts when the event begins in just a few short weeks!”
