One of WWE’s oldest television traditions, Saturday Night’s Main Event, is returning to NBC this December. According to Variety who broke the news, Saturday Night’s Main Event will emanate from the Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum on Long Island, the site of the first-ever edition of SNME in 1985.
The show will air on NBC and also be simulcast on Peacock.
WWE produced a retro-style promo video for the show’s return, which you can watch below:
While the card for Saturday Night’s Main Event is unknown at this time, it’s safe to assume WWE will want to make a big impression and treat the show as something of a Premium Live Event. Official graphics for the show feature heavy hitters like Cody Rhodes, Roman Reigns, Bianca Belair and more.
