Pro Wrestling Illustrated has released their yearly list of the 250 best women’s wrestlers in the world, the PWI Women’s 250. For the first time, an AEW wrestler tops the list, as “Timeless” Toni Storm receives the honor.. As we reminded you last month when the men’s PWI 500 was released, the criteria for PWI’s lists are kayfabe-based, and takes the following into consideration:
- Win–loss record
- Championships won
- Quality of competition
- Major feuds
- Prominence within a wrestler’s promotion(s)
- Overall wrestling ability
