DC Comics editor Chris Conroy revealed earlier today that at NYCC, DC Vertigo will return. The new comics series will be announced at a later date, but the news comes as a huge win for longtime comics fans.
Conroy also revealed reprints are coming from the archives.
Conroy went on to say:
DC Black Label continues, with some red-hot stories for DC’s superhero characters still on the way for years to come. Vertigo puts us back into the creator-owned business in a very big way. Yes, I’m running both; no, I haven’t lost my mind yet.
Way back in June 2019 DC Comics revealed it was closing its DC Vertigo line–once going by just Vertigo and getting a relaunch a year earlier–with their DC Black Label line taking over on similar style properties.
