The peculiar Tatum Paxley and the wicked Wendy Choo will wage war in a brutal Casket Match.
Paxley and Choo have been circling each other for months, and it culminated in Choo abducting Paxley, only for her to reappear at Halloween Havoc.
Even though NXT General Manager Ava didn’t give permission, Paxley spun the Halloween Havoc wheel, and it decided that the two Superstars will battle in a Casket Match.
Charlie Dempsey (c) vs. Lexis King for the NXT Heritage Cup

Lexis King will challenge Charlie Dempsey for the NXT Heritage Cup, and in King’s corner will be none other than William Regal.
King spent days looking for a cornerman only for Mr. Regal to appear at Halloween Havoc and agree to honor King because of his legendary father.
Can Mr. Regal guide King to victory, or will Dempsey continue his reign as champion?
Nathan Frazer and Axiom (c) vs. Je’Von Evans and Cedric Alexander for the NXT Tag Team Championship

Je’Von Evans and Cedric Alexander will team up to challenge Nathan Frazer and Axiom for the NXT Tag Team Championship.
Frazer and Axiom haven’t always been on the same page, but they’ve enjoyed a dominant run as champions, including inadvertently being responsible for the breakup of several NXT teams.
Evans and Alexander, meanwhile, have not teamed together for long but have a kinship that has translated to the squared circle.
