Marvel Comics has confirmed the identity of Venom in All-New Venom will be revealed in All-New Venom #5. Out this April, Venom editor Jordan D. White hinted to AIPT in our Venom Unleashed column this was the case.
AIPT: Given the cliffhanger of All-New Venom #2, it seems we’re one suspect down as far as who Venom could be. Does this mean we may lose a suspect in each issue going forward?!
Jordan: It is a pretty safe assumption. :)
The teaser features Venom in his new gold costume, as well as what looks like a person with their fists clenched underneath. Could this be a clue as to who Venom is? So far we know Luke Cage has been ruled out, with Robbie Robertson, Rick Jones, and Madame Masque all key suspects.
