IDW Publishing partners with Whatnot for weekly live comic shows

IDW Publishing has launched an official Whatnot channel, offering weekly livestreams packed with exclusive comics, signed editions, and fan-favorite titles like Godzilla and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

IDW Publishing has announced a new partnership with Whatnot, the leading live shopping platform in North America, the U.K., and Europe, and a go-to hub for comic fans to buy collectibles, watch live shows, and more.

The official IDW Whatnot channel is now live and will host weekly livestreams co-hosted by Specialty Sales Manager Ryan Balkam and Sales Associate April Vendetti. Each show will spotlight fan-favorite titles like Godzilla, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Beneath the Trees Where Nobody Sees, the IDW Dark line, and more, along with exclusive comics, signed editions, and other collectible merchandise.

“Thanks to Whatnot and its incredible platform, we’re excited to have a new way to engage directly with fans,” said Balkam. “We’ll be offering exclusive content, signed items, and eventually bringing amazing creators onto the streams to chat with readers. We can’t wait to get started!”

Eric Shemtov, Whatnot’s General Manager of Collectibles, added, “We’re thrilled to partner with IDW to give our community access to exclusive releases in the most exciting way — live shows. We know how much value this format brings, and we can’t wait to see what IDW delivers to our collectors.”

Fans can follow the official IDW Publishing channel on Whatnot now for updates and upcoming show details.
