No matter how you celebrate, the holiday season is a time to get together with family and friends. It’s not only limited to humans. The underground dwelling Fraggles also have their own festive traditions that we will see in the upcoming The First Snow of Fraggle Rock.
As the title suggests, the Fraggles await the first snow of the season. However, this year’s initial event turns out to be disappointing affecting everyone’s mood. None more so than Gobo, who experiences unwelcome writer’s block as he tries to compose the annual song of the season. Desperate, Gobo heads out into Outer Space (our world) to find some inspiration.
Recently, we had the privilege to speak with Gobo thanks to the magic of Doozer Tubes. He filled us in on Fraggle customs this time of year from the food they eat (plenty of radish dishes) to the songs they sing to other activities. There is so much to do, and as Gobo describes, it’s for “keeping the warmth of [their] friendship.” He even described his experience dueting with singer Lele Pons. Catch the entire interview below.
