DC Comics is kicking off March 2026 by slamming the accelerator on DC All In’s second act, rolling out sweeping new storylines, creative team shakeups, milestone issues, and status-quo shifts that ripple across Gotham, Metropolis, and the farthest reaches of the cosmos.
“From the launch of the DC ALL IN SPECIAL, to the introduction of an Absolute Universe, and into the DC K.O. event that we’re right in the middle of now, we’re determined to build on all of the fan enthusiasm, and the retail support and story momentum, by continuing to take big swings in 2026,” said Scott Snyder in the DC: Next Level announcement.
That momentum carries directly into March as DC K.O. concludes on March 4, clearing the runway for bold new arcs that redefine DC’s biggest heroes. Alongside new DC: Next Level #1s and the ongoing Absolute line, DC’s flagship titles form the backbone of a refreshed, high-stakes era—one that’s clearly not interested in playing it safe.
Wonder Woman Enters the “Wonder War”
A defining chapter begins in Wonder Woman #31, as Tom King and Daniel Sampere launch “Wonder War,” a sprawling, future-set epic that positions Diana at the center of the darkest possible timeline. The Justice League is dead. Villains rule. Lex Luthor has bent the knee. And the Matriarch—introduced in the sold-out Wonder Woman #25—now reigns as Queen of America.
Set twenty years ahead, the story pairs Wonder Woman with her grown daughter Trinity in a battle that’s equal parts family drama and war epic. Compassion and justice collide with authoritarian conquest, turning “Wonder War” into a generational fight for the soul of the DC Universe—and one of the most ambitious Wonder Woman stories in years.
Gotham Under Siege (Again)
Over in Gotham, Batman #7 launches Matt Fraction and Jorge Jiménez’s second major arc, bringing The Joker back into the spotlight in unsettling fashion. This oversized issue features a striking interior gatefold that plunges readers into the Clown Prince of Crime’s fractured psyche, reframing his relationship with Batman for DC’s mainline continuity.
But the Joker is only one problem. Commissioner Vandal Savage’s increasingly militarized GCPD and Gotham’s new mayor—Pamela Isley—tighten their grip on the city, escalating a full-scale war on the Bat-Family. As pressure mounts, Batman faces impossible choices that lead toward a devastating police assault with permanent consequences for one of his closest allies.
The Gotham shake-up doesn’t stop there. Detective Comics #1107 unites Batman, Black Canary, and Green Arrow to unravel a conspiracy rooted in their shared past, while Nightwing #136 kicks off a supernatural noir storyline as Denys Cowan joins Dan Watters, exploring Blüdhaven’s urban legends—starting with a haunted super-highway.
Meanwhile, Selina Kyle comes home in Catwoman #85, Cassandra Cain inherits cursed powers in Batgirl #17, Harley Quinn splits into two personas in Harley Quinn #60, and Pamela Isley’s rise to power unfolds further in Poison Ivy #42. Gotham isn’t just changing—it’s mutating.
Reign of the Superboys
March also ignites a sweeping Superman-family saga with “Reign of the Superboys.” It begins March 11 in Action Comics #1096 by Mark Waid and Skylar Patridge, as a young Superboy Clark Kent from the past collides with today’s Justice League Unlimited. While timelines clash, Martian Manhunter, Mary Marvel, and Booster Gold search for a missing Man of Tomorrow in history itself.
That same week, Supergirl #11 drops Kara into Kandor, strips her powers, and gives her a cybernetic upgrade as she leads a revolution alongside Conner Kent and a legion of Boy Thunder clones.
The story expands on March 18 in Superman Unlimited #11, where Jon Kent confronts a terrifying time-bending enemy and a brand-new character—Tomorrow Man—whose arrival destabilizes reality.
The opening month crescendos March 25 in Superman #36, as Superboy Prime steps into the ongoing series and claims the mantle of Superman in a move usually reserved for full-blown crossover events.
Together, these chapters form a massive, interconnected saga that lets readers follow the entire Superman family—or jump into the title spotlighting their favorite hero—as DC All In enters its next phase.
Cosmic Chaos and Milestones
Beyond Earth, DC’s cosmic corner also levels up. Green Lantern #33 (legacy #600) celebrates a milestone anniversary with stories from Jeremy Adams, Ron Marz, Xermanico, Darryl Banks, and more, as Hal Jordan is pushed to his limits and Kyle Rayner returns to Earth.
In Green Lantern Corps #14, Guy Gardner becomes the Allsight, assembling a team to hunt down missing Emotional Entities.
And Aquaman undergoes a dramatic evolution as the series officially retitles to Emperor Aquaman #15, sending Arthur Curry on a star-spanning conquest armed with Omega Energy against the Crimson Queen.
Back on Earth, The Flash #31 introduces a new creative team—Ryan North and Gavin Guidry—as Wally West faces sinister forces exploiting his heroism.
Justice League Unlimited #17 picks up directly after DC K.O. #5 and teases a major villain-side status quo shift.
And with the dust settling from DC K.O., Titans becomes New Titans #33, launching a new chapter for the next generation of heroes with a roster blending the classic and the unexpected.
DC All In, Turned All the Way Up
With milestone issues, daring new arcs, and creative teams swinging for the fences, March 2026 makes it clear: DC All In’s second act isn’t about easing readers into change—it’s about raising the stakes everywhere at once.
Between DC: Next Level #1s like Batwoman, Lobo, and Deathstroke: The Terminator; the ever-expanding Absolute Universe; and flagship titles like Batman, Wonder Woman, Superman, and Action Comics charging into their boldest chapters yet, DC is building toward a future that’s loud, ambitious, and unapologetically big.
