Courtesy of Curt Pires, AIPT can share exclusive first looks at Tyler Kirkham’s variant covers for Fireborn #1. The new ongoing series launches on April 22nd, co-created with singer/songwriter Franklin Jonas and illustrated by Patrick Mulholland. Published by Image Comics, the series is set in the same universe as Lost Fantasy and launches alongside the next chapter of that saga.
Fireborn centers on Aaron Hillburg, a wealthy screw-up doing his best to avoid responsibility, his powerful father, and just about everything else in his life. That all changes when a strange, floating dragon egg bonds to him, awakening a long-buried bloodline of ancient magic. Overnight, Aaron becomes a target, hunted by outlaw wizards, biker cults, and supernatural tyrants stretching from New York City to the World Beneath—anyone willing to burn everything down to claim the egg for themselves.
