Image Comics had me hook, line, and sinker with their reveal of The Department of Truth coming this September and they did it again today with a new horror series. Titled Stillwater, the series is by Chip Zdarsky and Ramón K Pérez which Image Comics has dubbed Gideon Falls meets the Walking Dead. High praise right there!
The new series is a Skybound book and will debut September 16th. The synopsis is short and sweet:
In the town of Stillwater, nobody dies. That’s not just a promise. It’s a threat.
