Marvel Comics has revealed two new Miles Morales 10th Anniversary variant covers exclusively on AIPT today. The covers are Avengers #48 by Ernanda Souza and Captain Marvel #32 by David Nakayama.
Back in June, Marvel Comics revealed Miles Morales is getting the anniversary treatment via variant covers to celebrate his 10 year anniversary. Its been ten years since his creation by Brian Michael Bendis and artist Sara Pichelli’s in 2011’s Ultimate Fallout #4.
The aim of these covers is to celebrate the character and the impact he’s had in Marvel Comics. As you can see below, the Avengers cover features She-Hulk and a cool purple version of the Spider-Man costume by Souza. Avengers #48 will be available in comic book shops on September 1st.

And the Captain Marvel cover below features both heroes sporting their own super-cat of sorts with Chewie on Carol Danvers’ shoulder and Miles with a Spider-Cat! This cover by Nakayama. Captain Marvel #32 is set to debut on September 1st in comic book shops.

Other artists contributing to the Miles Morales 10th Anniversary variant covers include Mike Del Mundo, Javier Garrón, and Russell Dauterman. Many of these covers were revealed in the September 2021 Marvel Comics solicitations.
