[WATCH] The ‘Ancient Aliens’ origin of Marvel’s ‘Eternals’

The next MCU blockbuster comes from a pretty uncomfortable place.

Marvel’s Eternals movie is right around the corner! How uncomfortable should we be with the source material? When the legendary Jack Kirby launched the comic series in 1976, it was explicitly modeled on Erich von Däniken’s Chariots of the Gods? which badly mangles history and tries to take away the accomplishments of non-European cultures. Archaeologist and “Ancient Aliens” buster David S. Anderson breaks it down!
