New X-Men series, teasers, and more were revealed at the Designing the X-Men: A This Week in Marvel Special Event panel today at San Diego Comic Con. Among those details was the announcement of a new one-shot titled X-Men Blue: Origins, the teaser for a new series called The New X-Men, and details surrounding X-Men #29.
Of the three reveals, The New X-Men is the most tantalizing. It also promises more details in November, which likely means the new series will launch in February. Could it be something drawn by Mike Allred? The text somehow gives me that vibe, anyway! Or, maybe it has something to do with the Age of Apocalypse?
