Time for Payback

The Driver is a British crime drama that aired back in 2014. The series is receiving an American adaptation that stars Giancarlo Esposito in the lead role. Zachary Momoh, Paula Malcomson, Skeet Ulrich, Bonnie Mbuli, Arica Himmel, Dax Ray, and Bradley Whitford round out the rest of the cast.

The story follows Gray Parish who is a New Orleans family man that owns a luxury car service. The brutal murder of his son and the collapse of his business causes Gray to turn to his old job as a wheelman for unsavory characters. His return back to his old ways causes him to clash with an influential criminal syndicate.

Parish premieres Sunday, March 31, on AMC and AMC+.

On House Arrest

Following the Russian Revolution of 1917, the rich and upperclass no longer wielded influence over the region. Aristocrat Count Alexander Ilyich Rostove (Ewan McGregor) was living in France during the bloody civil war, but when he returns to his home country he is quickly arrested and placed on house arrest forced to live in a small attic room in a hotel indefinitely.

A Gentleman in Moscow is based on the novel of the same name from author Amor Towles. Rostrove may no longer have his wealth, but as a permanent resident at the hotel, he forms bonds with its many visitors and embarks on a journey of personal discovery to learn real friendship and love.

Stream A Gentleman in Moscow beginning Friday, March 29 on Paramount+ with Showtime or watch the linear premiere Sunday, March 31, on Showtime.
