Kickstarter SCOOP: Graphic Samurai: The Art of Denys Cowan preview

Courtesy of the Graphic Samurai: The Art of Denys Cowan Kickstarter, AIPT can share some interior art for the exciting art book. This book is the first comprehensive celebration of the work of Cowan, who has left an indelible mark on characters like Batman, The Question, Black Panther, and Deathlok, and co-founded Milestone Media. The latter includes introducing Hardware, Icon, Rocket, and the comic and character that inspired the hit television show he would produce, Static Shock. These beloved characters would eventually find their way back into the DC Universe.

Denys Cowan says “I’m happy to share a personal selection of the different and exciting projects I’ve had the opportunity to work on and have it presented in a high quality hardcover collection. It was fun to revisit the different eras of my career and chart my evolution as an artist, a creator and a storyteller. Now I’m even more inspired!”
